As a healthcare setting, we continue to follow guidelines set out by NHS England and the College of Optometrists. This means that, whilst in many areas of life, Covid restrictions are being lifted, we still need to maintain very high standards of hygiene and infection control, to keep our patients and staff safe, whilst in the practice.
Whilst having an eye examination, you will come into close contact with our optometrists and staff, so we continue to wear full PPE and ask that you also wear a mask when visiting us.
We also ask that you continue to telephone ahead to make an appointment before visiting us, so that we can control the number of people in the practice at any given time. As always, your safety is our number one priority.
We are still a little behind with our reminders, due to the pandemic. If you haven’t heard from us but would like to book an appointment, simply give us a call and we will be happy to book you in. We are doing our very best to catch up on our reminders!
